How search works
Just type the track you’re looking for by name or title. Search by the artist first, then narrow to the exact song with the filter.
How the menu works
Music is organized by Folder/Genre › Year › Month › Week/Date. Click through the folders until you reach the week or date you want.
How preview works
Found a track? Click the play button on any audio or video file to preview it before you download.
Change where your downloads go
1Click your screen name in the top-right corner, open the drop-down, and choose Settings.
2In Settings you’ll find a “Download directory” section — that’s where you set where your downloads go.
Mac install help
If macOS blocks the app the first time you open it, allow it like this:
macOS (older versions)
- Open System Preferences from the Dock.
- Choose Security & Privacy.
- Click the lock at the bottom-left and enter your password.
- Under “Allow apps downloaded from”, choose Anywhere.
- Click the lock again to save, then open the LMP Record Pool app.
macOS Sonoma and up
- Open System Settings.
- Go to Privacy & Security.
- Scroll down to the Security section.
- Find “‘App name’ was blocked… not from an identified developer”.
- Click Open Anyway.
El Capitan or older: fix security-certificate errors
On El Capitan or older Mac OS X you may hit security-certificate errors, because the OS is missing newer root certificates (like ISRG Root X1). The simplest fix is to update to macOS 10.12 or higher — or, to keep your current OS, trust the certificate manually in Keychain Access:
- Open Keychain Access (Finder › Applications › Utilities › Keychain Access).
- In the View menu, choose Show Expired Certificates.
- In the left sidebar, click System Roots.
- In the search bar (top-right), type DST Root CA X3.
- Double-click the DST Root CA X3 certificate.
- Click the arrow next to Trust, then set “When using this certificate” to Always Trust.
- Close the window and enter your Mac’s administrator password to save.
- Restart your Mac and your web browsers.
Canceling your subscription
Cancel anytime from your iamlmp.com account settings, or directly in PayPal:
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Click Profile at the top of the page.
- Click My Money, then Update beside “My preapproved payments”.
- Select the payment, then click Cancel.
Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge — after the renewal date it’s non-refundable, though you keep access for the months you’ve already paid for.
