LMP Record Pool is a subscription — a recurring payment on the date you sign up. Join on, say, Jan 6 and your account activates that day; your next payment comes out automatically on Feb 6. Checkout is handled securely through PayPal.
Can you cancel at any time?+
Yes. Cancel anytime from your iamlmp.com account settings, or from your PayPal account. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge — after that date it's non-refundable, and you keep access for the months you've paid for. Step-by-step cancel guide →
Do you offer refunds?+
Once you log in and start downloading, the subscription is non-refundable — you already have access to the files. You can cancel anytime before your renewal date so you're not charged for the next cycle.
What's the audio quality?+
We strive for the best quality — up to 320kbps — depending on how each label delivers the release. Download single files, or grab many at once as a .zip (Windows) or .tar (Mac).
Does the record pool have videos?+
Yes — we carry tons of music videos, from Latin to Urban. Video downloads are included on the English, Spanish and Full Access plans.
What type of music do you offer?+
Our library covers Dembow, Reggaeton, Salsa, Bachata, Top 40, House, Hip-Hop, Dancehall and more — plus remixes, transitions and edits. The exact genres depend on your plan; tap “View all genres” on any plan to see the full list.
Do you have clean / radio-edited music?+
Yes. The library is loaded with radio edits and clean versions alongside originals, remixes and exclusives.
Can I preview tracks before downloading?+
Yes — just click the play button on any audio or video file to preview it before you download.
Can I search the library?+
Yes! Just type the track you're looking for by name or title — search by the artist first, then filter to the exact song.
How often do you update the record pool?+
Daily — new music is added every day and organized into a folder for each weekday, so you always know what's fresh.
How much music do I receive?+
Unlimited. As long as your subscription is active you can download as much as you want — a monthly plan is unlimited every month you stay subscribed, and the yearly plan is unlimited all year long.
Is the app available for Mac and Windows?+
Both. There are native Record Pool apps for Windows and macOS — download links are at the top of this page.
